Refund Policy

NO REFUNDS are given for online or in-store purchases.

EXCHANGE ONLY!

Cancelations and changes in the order must be communicated within 3 hours of placing the order. Changes in orders need to be addressed via email.

Exchanges can be made for another item/s, and always the option to receive store credit in accordance with the below terms.

Exchanges are only granted when return postmark is no more than 7 calendar days after the package was delivered.
To exchange simply send back the item/s within 7 calendar days after the item/s have been delivered.

If there is a system glitch on an oversold item (out of stock) we will issue a refund through your original payment method.

When the returned item is received, the new item will be shipped.

Merchandise must have original tags attached, be unwashed, unworn, without damage and in new original condition.
Return shipping labels are not provided, except defective item/s.

If original order received free shipping, a shipping charge will be incurred on the exchanged items and the invoice will be sent to you via email prior to shipment from our warehouse (excluding those who paid for shipping).

Any packages returned without an exchange request will be denied, and will prolong the exchange.

Once returns are received it takes 5-7 business days to process.

-Clearance, Last Call, Sale Event Items and Accessories
-Custom Made Clothing

Store Credit
-Not redeemable for cash and not transferable
-There will be no replacement if package is lost or stolen
-Cannot issue a cash refund in exchange for a store credit

Additional Information
Notifications must be made within 48 hours after the delivery of your package if there are any manufacturer defects and/or an item was received broken.

If notification is received passed this time frame, exchange request will be denied

********Please be aware that the items returned must have original tags, contain no stains, must be odor-less, and be in their original conditions. We will only accept returns if the item(s) is eligible to be resold. Clearance sale items are final sale. Items that are not in our clearance sale section and were purchased with a discount code are eligible to be returned. 
ALL RETURNED ITEMS ARE INSPECTED THOROUGHLY SO NO USED, DAMAGED, OR STAINED ITEMS MAY BE RETURNED. NO EXCEPTIONS. 
*Bodysuits/Bathing Suits and white items are Final Sale due to hygiene purposes. 

NON-RETURNABLE items include (exchanges/store credit not accepted): Formal gowns, sale items, accessories, and undergarments including lingerie, swimwear and bodysuits.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME: Once we have received your package, for return will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
